The intention of our Common House is to act as a community hub not only for our own residents, but for the community-at-large as well. Consider planning your next event at Radiance Cohousing! ​

 

Common House Main Floor:

Our Common House is available to rent for half days, full days, and evenings. The space is suitable for meetings, courses, and other small events. The space includes 15 chairs, 4 folding tables, full kitchen with cookware & dishes, barrier free bathroom, and Wi-Fi. We also have a projector available for rent. Guestroom:

Our second floor guest suite is currently being leased to a long-term renter. If it becomes available for short-term stays again, we'll add booking information to our website.
